This one day workshop introduces the employees to the Addiction
Alternatives approach. Topics covered include: the psychology of
effective change; how you have been seduced by bad habits; how your
solution became the problem; the importance of not feeling bad about
yourself; ambivalence versus denial --- why it's important to know the
difference; the "F+A=N" formula; the importance of focusing when
changing your bad habit; the importance of "five fingers" in overcoming
your addiction; sedating versus stimulating habits and why you should
know the difference; the five fundamental processes by which we change

tele-consulting follow-up.

This is a three day meeting: day one is the same as Plan A above, in
days two and three I will meet with eight employees each day (for a
total of 16) to design a unique individualized plan for each person.
Each employee agrees to a once-a-week 30 minute tele-consultation with
me for a total of 12 weeks.

Same as Plan B with the addition that I will visit your company an
additional three times a year (at quarterly intervals) for two
continuous days to meet with all 16 employees for an intensive review of
their progress, and to alter each person's plan as needed.
