vital to your continuing recovery. If there are specify people or
activities or thoughts you need to avoid, also list those. Refer to this
list regularly to check yourself, and to make sure that you are continuing to
stay with your important positive structures while avoiding negative structures.
Remember, developing all the structures you will need may take a long time and
